This mixed-use development was designed to combine residential and commercial functions within a single architectural proposal, fostering a stronger relationship between living, working, and community life. The project sought to create an active urban environment by integrating commercial spaces at street level with residential units above, promoting interaction between the building and its surroundings. Particular attention was given to spatial organization, user experience, and the building’s contribution to the existing urban fabric.
